Windows Mobile - Device Driver Failed Install
If you haven't installed the driver yet, or it keeps failing:

If the services still won't stay running, you may need to add these keys via Command Prompt (Admin): If you haven't installed the driver yet, or
Repeat these steps for . 2. Reinstall via Compatibility Mode set Startup type to Automatic
Go to the tab, set Startup type to Automatic , and click Start .
On the handheld device (PDA/Scanner), go to → Connections → USB to PC .
Check and select Windows Vista . Run the installer as an Administrator . 3. Check "Advanced Network Functionality"
