Following his defeat in the previous film, Yuri Boyka is a broken man with a crippled knee working as a prison janitor. When a new international prison tournament—the Spetsnaz Prison Competition (SPC)—is announced with freedom as the prize, Boyka trains his way back into form. He is sent to a high-security Georgian prison to compete against seven other elite inmates from around the globe.
