The Sanji Retrieval Team encounters a Germa 66 ship carrying two of Sanji's siblings, Yonji (his younger brother) and Reiju (his older sister).

While Yonji arrogantly refuses to help, Reiju leaps onto the Thousand Sunny. Known as "Poison Pink," she saves Luffy by pressing her mouth to his and physically sucking the lethal venom out of his body—a substance she finds "delicious" due to her genetic enhancements.
