The book , authored by Dr. Martin Kohlmeier , is a comprehensive textbook published by Academic Press (Elsevier) in 2015 . It is designed as a deep-dive resource into how the human body processes nutrients at a molecular and genetic level. Core Overview
Nutrient metabolism : structures, functions, and genes - NCBI
Contains over 100 self-contained chapters covering essential nutrients, non-nutrients, and bioactives.
The textbook integrates with genetics , providing a detailed look at the metabolic fate of dietary compounds. It is widely used by healthcare professionals, researchers, and biochemistry educators due to its specific focus on molecular mechanisms that are often missing from standard nutrition texts.

Hi Yasser,
That would be nice but unfortunately, this doesn’t work. The SCP server on Cisco IOS doesn’t support this. Only option is to use SCP from the CLI.

Hi Rene !
When we upgrade IOS of router what about configuration ? Is it still the same ?
I know my question not sound technically cuz I’m new to Networking, but please kindly reply my question.
Sovandara
Hi Sovandara,
You don’t have to worry about your configuration. The startup-configuration is saved in the NVRAM, the IOS image is on the flash memory.
Here is a lesson that explains it in detail:
