Large files are often "split" into smaller chunks (e.g., .001 , .002 , .003 ) to make them easier to upload, email, or store on limited-capacity drives.
You cannot open or extract this file by itself. It is only one piece of a larger set. To access the contents, you must have all subsequent parts (like JFV.7z.002 , etc.) in the same folder. How to Open It

Right-click specifically on the .001 file and select 7-Zip > Extract Here (or "Extract to [folder name]").
