Use the latest version of WinRAR or 7-Zip. Older versions sometimes struggle with newer multi-part compression.
You only need to right-click and "Extract" the first part (.part01); the software will automatically pull data from the rest. G23435.part07.rar
All files must be named exactly the same (except for the .partXX bit) and stay in the same folder. Use the latest version of WinRAR or 7-Zip

Ensure you have parts 01 through [total number] in the same directory.
