Armando Alvarez ( Will Ferrell ) has spent his entire life working on his father’s ranch in Mexico. When the ranch faces financial ruin, his "successful" younger brother Raúl (Diego Luna) returns with his beautiful fiancée, Sonia ( Genesis Rodriguez ), promising to pay off the family debts.
