The duo formed in Cologne in 1995, combining Jörg Burger’s mastery of harmony with Mike Ink’s "insane rhythms". The project’s concept was born from a three-month argument, eventually settling on a "Siegfried and Roy" persona that influenced the Las Vegas theme.
