If the door is stuck, open the small panel at the bottom right of the machine. Inside, there is a plastic cord (often white or orange) that you can pull downwards to manually release the latch.
Regularly unscrew the pump filter (located behind the bottom right panel) to remove coins, lint, or debris that might prevent the machine from draining. Safety & Installation
